Thank you for your excitement and interest in becoming a part of the Five & Rising movement. 

To grow the momentum and urgency around the campaign, we’re preparing to select the second cohort of Five & Rising communities. Building on the foundation of the first cohort, this group will continue to advance the work and expand the movement by:

• Reframing the narrative of the social sector as the backbone of our shared future and an economic force driving lasting change.
• Strengthening leadership and building community capacity in advocacy, communications, and organizational resilience. 
• Collaborating across sectors with philanthropy, business, and government to launch solutions designed to last.
• Building local models to be scaled nationally to show how communities can secure bold funding and shift harmful norms holding the sector back. 

They’re not just beneficiaries. They’re building a better system. And putting their own dollars on the line to make it happen. This is shared power and it’s the future of the sector.
